Return and Refund Policy for Our Handmade Candles

At Kristina Bakardina candles shop, we take pride in the quality of our handmade candles. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience. However, since our products are handcrafted, please note the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

Returns:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt.
- All returns are at the customer's expense, including shipping costs.
- The product must be returned in its original, unused, and intact condition, with all original packaging.
- If the returned product arrives damaged, used, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Refunds:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Important Note:
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we require that the items be returned safely and in their original condition. Damaged or altered products will not be eligible for a refund.
