  - Standard delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days.
  - Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
  
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on location.
  - Delivery times for international orders can range from 7-21 business days, depending on customs and postal services.

Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Packaging
- Our candles are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly, protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Delays
- While we aim to meet the delivery times stated, delays may occur due to high demand, holiday seasons, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier issues.
- Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors once the package has left our facility.

Damaged or Lost Items
- If your candles arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement or refund.
- For lost packages, please notify us so we can work with the courier to track or replace your order.
